Reservations made through this website are confirmed only after receipt of full payment.

The customer will receive an email with the booking details once it is confirmed.

Reservations are subject to availability and the specific conditions of the accommodation.

Política de cancelación

Cancellations must be communicated with sufficient advance notice.

- Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival.
- Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival : refund of 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellations 6 days or less before arrival : No refunds are allowed.

In case of failure to appear on the scheduled date (no-show), the amount paid will not be refundable.
